Description
The Brydge ProDock Trio turns a compatible 14 inch MacBook Pro into a focused desktop workstation without giving up valuable desk space. Its vertical docking layout keeps the computer upright while display, storage, network, audio, and peripheral connections remain available through the dock. With 140 watt Power Delivery and 11 ports, the ProDock Trio consolidates the connections power users and creators rely on for demanding desk based workflows.
Triple Display Performance with Thunderbolt 5
For Thunderbolt 5 compatible MacBook Pro systems, ProDock Trio supports 120/80 Gbps bandwidth and high resolution multi display workflows. It can drive up to three 4K displays at 144 Hz or two 8K displays at 60 Hz. Full triple display support requires M5 Pro or Max or better. The available bandwidth also supports demanding peripheral use such as RAID arrays and capture cards while external displays remain connected.
11 Ports for a Connected Workspace
The dock provides 3 high speed downstream connections, 3 USB-A ports at 10 Gbps, 1 USB-C port at 10 Gbps, 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet, SD 4.0, and 3.5 mm audio. The downstream connections provide 1 x 30 watt and 2 x 15 watt power outputs for compatible devices. MagSafe compatible wireless charging adds a dedicated charging spot for a compatible iPhone, helping keep commonly used devices within reach without adding another loose cable to the work area.
Vertical Docking with Simple Setup
Slide the MacBook Pro into the ProDock Trio, connect a keyboard and mouse, and use clamshell mode for external display output. No driver installation is required, and Brydge recommends keeping macOS current for best performance. During initial setup, macOS may need the accessory connection setting changed to Always. The result is a compact workstation approach that makes it easier to move between a portable MacBook Pro and a multi display desk setup.
