Enhance Your Productions with DJI Mic 3
Whether youre recording videos, interviews, or live streams, the DJI Mic 3 makes capturing professional-quality audio effortless for creators of all levels. This truly wireless digital microphone and recorder system delivers clear, vivid sound while including everything you need to record directly to a DSLR/mirrorless camera or an iOS/Android smartphone.
The system transmits reliable audio up to 1312 ft using a compact clip-on omnidirectional mic/transmitter, which also functions as a built-in backup recorder. Its lightweight receiver can be mounted on a DSLR camera or connected straight to a laptop or smartphone via USB-C. After a quick setup, youll be ready to capture crisp, high-quality sound in seconds.
High-Quality Audio & Postproduction Flexibility
The receiver connects to cameras via the 3.5mm TRS port (adapter cable included) or directly to mobile devices with the supplied USB-C adapter. It also supports timecode input and output for accurate syncing between video and audio.
Each transmitter embeds timecode data into recordings and supports dual-file saving (original + enhanced version) along with 32-bit float and Lossless Audio modes, giving you more control during editing.
Adaptive Gain Control
Switch between two gain modes for optimal results:
-
Automatic mode prevents clipping in unpredictable, noisy environments.
-
Dynamic mode maintains consistent levels when volume shifts are more controlled.
Voice Presets & Noise Cancellation
Customize your audio with three voice profilesRegular, Rich, or Brightto match your preferred tone. Two levels of noise cancellation help reduce distractions:
-
Basic filters out low hums from fans or AC units.
-
Strong minimizes background noise in loud environments.
Easy Control
A 1.1″ AMOLED touchscreen with a dial lets you quickly adjust gain, check battery life, and change modes. For deeper customization and firmware updates, the DJI Mimo app provides additional controls.
Flexible Channel & Quadraphonic Recording
The receiver supports both mono and stereo recording modes. Expanding beyond traditional systems, it also enables Quadraphonic mode, outputting four separate audio tracks (with select Sony cameras and software) for advanced mixing.
While this set includes one transmitter and one receiver, the receiver can pair with up to four transmitters at once and sync audio across seven additional receiversideal for multi-camera setups or group interviews.
Dual-Band Wireless & Bluetooth 5.4
The Mic 3 ensures stable transmission by hopping between 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz frequencies. With built-in Bluetooth 5.4, the transmitter can also connect directly to compatible devices like the DJI Osmo 360, Osmo Action 5 Pro, Action 4, and Action 3no receiver required.
Long-Lasting Power
Both the receiver and transmitter feature all-day internal batteries with smart power-saving functions, including auto-sleep, auto-off, and pass-through charging while recording on your smartphone. Together with the included charging case, the system can run for up to 28 hours.
