What is the difference between the different Kodak manufacturers?

Historically, Eastman Kodak manufactured Kodak photographic films, while Kodak Alaris was responsible for their marketing and distribution. From the beginning of 2026, Eastman Kodak returned directly to the photographic film market, ending Kodak Alaris’ exclusive distribution rights.
