PL Lenses with Electronic ND

The RED KOMODO-X Z-to-PL Adapter combines PL lens mounting with a 2 to 7 stop electronic ND filter. ND can be adjusted in 1/4, 1/3, or full stop increments so exposure can change without forcing a different aperture.

Matched Filter Pair

The included clear glass and electronic ND filters are measured and paired for thickness to prevent back focus shifts when switching between them. A clear or ND filter must remain installed whenever the camera is used with the adapter.

Professional Lens Integration

The titanium core adapter is shimmable and supports Cooke /i lens communication, compatible lens power, and record triggering. The included KOMODO Support Brackets and Side Ribs provide additional rigidity for heavier or longer PL lenses.
