Description

The RED Digital Cinema V-RAPTOR Wing Grip adds a compact handhold to a V-RAPTOR camera body for carrying, positioning, and handheld shooting. Its ergonomic machined form sits close to the camera, giving lightweight builds a low-profile grip without adding unnecessary bulk. The aluminum construction keeps the accessory at approximately 0.18 pounds while providing a substantial contact point.

Flexible Accessory Mounting

Multiple 1/4 20 and 3/8 16 anti rotation mounting points give operators room to place compatible accessories around the grip. RED documentation also specifies mounting points, expanding placement options for compact camera rig components. The grip attaches directly to either side of the V-RAPTOR body using two 1/4 20 mounting screws, supporting left or right side handling based on the camera configuration.

Compact Dimensions for Camera Builds

The grip measures 4.21 inches high, 1.45 inches wide, and 1.07 inches deep. Its narrow profile helps preserve the compact form of the camera while adding a dedicated handhold for transport and handheld operation. The machined aluminum body balances durability with a lightweight 81.6 gram approximate weight.

Important Compatibility Note

The V-RAPTOR Wing Grip is intended for V-RAPTOR camera setups. It is not compatible with the RED V-RAPTOR RF to PL Adapter with Electronic ND. Confirm the planned lens adapter configuration before adding the grip to a build.
